Description
The Unitree R1 EDU Pro C (U5) is the R1 EDU with five-finger hands: two BrainCo Revo 2 bionic hands, each with 11 degrees of freedom of which 6 are active, giving the robot 38 in all. Computing comes from the R1 EDU backpack's 100 TOPS NVIDIA Jetson Orin module.
BrainCo's figures for the Revo 2: 383 g per hand and 160 mm from the palm base to the middle fingertip, a full-fist grip of at least 50 N, a pinch of at least 15 N, a payload of at least 20 kg and 0.1° repeatability. Each hand connects to XT30 power, a signal port and a camera port on the backpack's dexterous-hand expansion module, and Unitree publishes a fitting film for the Revo 2 on the R1 EDU.
Beneath the hands is the R1 EDU: 26 joints, about 1.23 m and 29 kg, a binocular depth camera and unitree_sdk2 in C++ and Python on DDS with ROS 2 compatibility. Five fingers suit grasping research that needs a human-like hand shape; the Pro C's hands come without the fingertip tactile module.
The R1 EDU Pro D (U6) uses the Revo 2 Touch with that tactile module. Pro A and Pro B carry three-finger Unitree Dex3-1 hands (40 DOF in all), and the R1 EDU Smart (U2) is the 100 TOPS robot without hands.

The Unitree Robotics R1 EDU Pro C (U5) is priced at €23.800 in your market. For volume or project orders, contact us for a business quote.
The Pro C's BrainCo Revo 2 hands have five fingers with 11 DOF each, 6 of them active, so the robot has 38 DOF; the Unitree Dex3-1 on the R1 EDU Pro A (U3) and R1 EDU Pro B (U4) has three fingers and 7 DOF per hand, 40 in all. The R1 EDU Pro D (U6) is the Pro C with Revo 2 Touch hands, which add a fingertip tactile module. All four run on the 100 TOPS backpack.
BrainCo gives a full-fist grip of at least 50 N, a pinch of at least 15 N, a payload of at least 20 kg and 0.1° repeatability, for a hand of 383 g and 160 mm from the palm base to the middle fingertip.
Unitree's R1 unboxing film shows the robot in a hard transport case, a quick-release R1 smart battery, the charger and charging cable, a remote control with emergency stop, a stand set (base, support rod, bracket, quick-release clamp, wave washer and protective foam), a calibration steel shaft, body stickers and the user manual. As an R1 EDU it adds the computing backpack with its NVIDIA Jetson Orin module (100 TOPS), expansion rails, screws, the dexterous-hand expansion module and its leads. The Pro C (U5) also comes with its two BrainCo Revo 2 hands, their fixing brackets, camera brackets and cables. Unitree publishes no written packing list per edition, so we confirm the full list for your configuration with your quotation.
Unitree does not recommend it. During development, avoid violent movements such as running or balance tests while the dexterous hands are fitted, and increase the shoulder motors' outward offset so the hands do not collide with the body.
Yes. The Pro C supports secondary development like every R1 EDU: unitree_sdk2 in C++ and Python on DDS, compatible with ROS 2, with high-level and joint-level control, on the backpack's 100 TOPS development computing unit, plus URDF, STEP and MuJoCo models of the R1.
Like every R1 EDU, the R1 EDU Pro C (U5) carries Unitree's 12-month manufacturer warranty (the R1 Basic: 8 months). It is sourced new through established distribution channels and ships worldwide, and technical support is coordinated with the manufacturer's service network. Unitree's R1 developer guide covers the SDK, the computing backpack and fitting the hands.
