The SIASUN HC-X4-B is the most compact model in SIASUN's DUCO family of mobile collaborative robots, pairing a collaborative robot arm with the company's self-developed autonomous mobile platform on a small 800 × 600 × 700 mm chassis. With a platform load of 120 kg it is aimed at lighter workpieces and tooling, yet it keeps the full capability set of its larger siblings: a maximum overall accuracy of ±0.3 mm across the combined system, navigation by SLAM mapping plus QR-code guidance, and support for SIASUN-developed vision systems, grippers, and other execution units. That modularity lets one small vehicle be configured for material handling, assembly, inspection, or precision processing. Real-time protection of the ground and surrounding airspace enables safe human-robot collaboration, and a chassis wheel system engineered specifically for mobile cobots provides stable, reliable travel.

The HC-X4-B suits facilities that need mobile automation where floor space is tight — moving between machines for loading and unloading or running inspection tasks across a production area. SIASUN's documented applications for the platform family include engine spark-plug assembly and screw-tightening, welding and gluing of automotive body parts, NVH detection for electric drives, automatic nail-blowing and tightening, palletising, and battery-pack bolt tightening for new-energy vehicles. An integrated teaching pendant presents the mobile base and the arm on one screen for faster set-up and debugging, multiple communication methods connect the robot to existing customer systems, and contact-based, wireless, or automatic charging keeps it working on short-term, real-time, or 24/7 schedules.
